ABOUT SAFIRA

SAFIRA, founded in 1997 with headquarters in Lisbon, Portugal, develops Information Technology Solutions and offers IT Management services to leading Financial, Insurance and Telco & Media companies. Its main customers are Grupo Banco Espírito Santo, Grupo Millennium BCP, Grupo Caixa Geral de Depósitos and ZON Multimedia.

In 2010 its revenue was 5,75 million euros. Over 10% came from international markets.

The company reached an outstanding reputation and acknowledgement in sophisticated and high demanding market segments through its focus on excellence of service, customer satisfaction, and innovative solutions that produce tangible business results.

Currently, SAFIRA records a Customer Satisfaction index that ranks above 90%, according to TNS Prognostics.

SAFIRA employs a team of more than 120 IT professionals, holding more than 200 technological and Project Management industry renowned certifications. The company applies rigorous software engineering processes based on international standards to assure the quality, robustness and security of the software it delivers to customers.

2010 results

In 2010 SAFIRA recorded a turnover of €5.75 million. This year expects to reach €6.3 million, consolidate the offer in a new business approach, reinforce the activity on the Polish market and focus on internationalization to other countries, namely PALOPs (Portuguese-speaking African countries).
Customer loyalty

SAFIRA’s customer loyalty ranks above 90%, according to TNS Prognostics.
